The official billing is Sarah Jean and The Wild Vines but maybe it should be Sarah, Samantha and The Wild Vines as the band has not one but two female singers – Sarah Jean and Samantha Marie. Nevertheless, their career seems to be going really well. The band is back from a successful 3-country European tour and putting the finishing touches on their latest album “Pretty Little Liars”.
How would you describe your sound?
We are a 5 piece, country infused band with a sound of our own. Fronted by 2 females, we have power house lead vocals and sweet harmonies.
When did the band start?
We have played together for a few years as the Wild Vines. We have known each for years and have played together in many different bands.
What are you hoping from your Bluesfest performance?
We hope to meet new people, musicians and spectators, get our music heard and most of all, play a great, memorable show!
What super power do you wish to have?
LOL! I think if we could have any super power, it would be to stop time for a while! It would be nice to stop time, or at least slow it down so we could enjoy those special moments just a little longer!
